Refund Policy — TradeQuote

We want you to be satisfied with TradeQuote. This policy explains when refunds are available.

1. Free Plan

The Free Plan is free of charge. No refunds are applicable.

2. Paid Subscriptions — General Policy

  • 2.1 Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started. We do not issue pro-rated refunds for cancellations mid-cycle. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
    Example: If you are billed on the 1st of the month and cancel on the 15th, your access continues until the 31st. No refund is issued for the remaining 16 days.
  • 2.2 Annual plans (if offered in future): we will issue a pro-rated refund for unused full months if cancelled within 60 days of purchase.

3. Eligible Refund Situations

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • 3.1 Duplicate charge: If you were charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full within 7 business days.
  • 3.2 Charge after cancellation: If you were charged after properly cancelling your subscription, we will refund that charge in full.
  • 3.3 Service unavailability: If TradeQuote was unavailable (downtime) for more than 72 consecutive hours in a billing period due to our failure, we will issue a credit equal to 1 month's subscription fee.
  • 3.4 First-time subscribers — 7-day trial protection: If you are a first-time paid subscriber and request a refund within 7 days of your first charge, and you have created fewer than 5 quotes during that period, we will issue a full refund at our discretion. This is a goodwill policy, not a guarantee.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at tradequote.support@gmail.com with:

  • Subject: "Refund Request — [your registered email]"
  • Your registered email address
  • Date of the charge
  • Reason for the refund request

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through your original payment method and typically take 5–7 business days to appear.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly without a chargeback.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The current policy applies to charges made after the "Last Updated" date above.
